Somewhere between getting in the car and making their way to the local diner Haley has placed her hand on Dean's leg. Every once in a while she'll rub her thumb over it without even realising she's doing it. With his question though she stops for a minute biting her bottom lip between her teeth.
"Sometimes I feel far away from you even though we're so close. I just want to try and fill that gap." She looks away from him. unsure of what his response will be. She never thought what they had between them could become so important, somewhat scared that one day perhaps Sam and Dean will regret that they'd allowed Haley to become a part of their foundation.
